FUTSAL: Crown Keep The Dream As Mengo And Parakeets Slip.

 

Crown FC maintained their superlative start of the season with a third straight win against Kabowa United and other two contenders Parakeets and Mengo City were held and defeated by Yeak Kabowa and Park respectively to end their splendid start in the National Futsal Super league games played at International Futsal courts in Mengo on Thursday.

Crown thumped Kabowa United 6-2, Parakeets were held 4-4 by Yeak Kabowa and Mengo City lost 5-8 to Park FC.

In the 7 o’clock games, Hussein Muhamood and Abraham Tusubira guided Equator FC to a comfortable 7-3 win over struggling -pointless Elephants and Bajim elavated Dream’s misery with a third straight loss.

Captain Ronald Ssonko scored late adding on Fabian Olayo’s goal for new boys Aidenal School of Art to salvage a point against a star studied Nomad FC side in a two (2) all draw.

In the last game, Yap Stars suffered their third straight defeat, loosing 1-2 to Typhoons FC.

Crown, Parakeets, Bajim and Nomads remain the unbeaten teams in the league. As well, Kabowa United, Yap Stars, Elephants and Dream are yet to win a game this season.
