Cameroon are U17 Africa Cup of Nations champions after they defeated Guinea 5-3 on penalties at the National Stadium, Dar es Salaam on Sunday afternoon.
None of the two sides managed to find the back of the net during regular time pushing the game to spot kicks just like how the case was at the semifinals for both teams.
Sacko missed his kick from 12 yards out, with Alioum scoring the decisive kick to grant the indomitable Lions the U17 Afcon title.
Guinea(were seeking for their maiden continental silverware) and Cameroon headed into the finals after knocking out Nigeria and Angola, respectively.
Earlier, both sides met in the group stage, but the Indomitable Lions had edged that one out 2-0.
Angola defeated Nigeria 2-1 to take the third place finish.
The four teams have already booked tickets for the FIFA U17 World Cup due to be held in Brazil later this year.
