JKL’s tactician Obol resigns

The JKL Dolphins have so far enjoyed a great season thanks to the efforts of of outgoing assistant Men’s coach, Sam Obol whose resignation was accepted by the club.

Last evening, a club statement read, ” Mr Sam Obol served as head coach of the JKL Dolphins men’s team since April last year to May 12th this year when the restructure took place,”. The club commended him for all he contributed towards the development and progress of the club and  wishes him the best in his future career, as per the press release.

Obol tendered in his resignation letter to the club’s Technical Director, who accepted it.

Following a period of careful consideration and discussions, Henry Malinga was appointed as the head coach for both the men’s and female teams, deputised by now former men’s assistant coach Obol while Kadipa Kabantu was for the ladies side.

However, Malinga will now keep his place on both teams deputised by Kabantu for both teams as an extra role given his place as the main tactician for the clubs academy.
