5 Players Miss Uganda Training Ahead of Tanzania Quarter Final Clash

Five Uganda U-20 players have not taken part in Thursday training session held at Comboni vocational institute play ground

Bright Anukani, Ivan Bogere, Stephen Serwadda, Sadat Anaku and Derrick Kigundu are the players that were out of the session

KCCA FC duo of Anaku and Serwadda have travelled to join club mates for the CAF Champions league match on Friday at Lugogo against Petro De Atletico Luanda

Striker Bogere and Midfielder Anukani are also on the way to join Proline team mates for their CAF Confederation Cup return leg fixture against As Kigali

Defender Derrick Kigundu was also out with fever but right back Justin Opiro who missed the last group game returned to training

Also head coach Morley Byekwaso traveled with the KCCA FC players for the CAF engagement

The players and coach that traveled are expected to return to the camp immediately after their respective CAF engagements

Two quarter final games will be played in Gulu at Pece War memorial Stadium and two at FUFA technical in Njeru
