FUFA with a team of FIFA inspectors has today inspected the Kadiba project one of the FIFA forward programs launched in 2018.
The Federation of Uganda Football Associations(FUFA) in conjunction with the Church of Uganda( Namirembe Diocese) in 2018 launched a joint project with the church of Uganda estimated to cost 15 billion shillings expected to finish this year.
Three years down the road the project is taking shape and was today inspected by the FIFA project development coordinator Abigail Lemma Hailemicheal an expert on structural engineering in green building Nabarasa Gisanura at Kadibaa training facility.
FUFA Training Centre is one of the several projects that the Federation undertook in 2018 to help curb the lack of infrastructure facilities in the country. This development is under the FUFA five-year strategic plan to curb the lack of facilities in the country.
The others include a 20,000 seater stadium in Lugazi,Buikwe District and a beach soccer facility in Kitubulu along Entebbe road.
The inspection was done in the presence of FUFA 1st Vice President, Justus Mugisha, 2nd Vice President, Darius Mugoye, FUFA CEO Edgar Watson and FUFA Projects Manager Sumaya Kiwanuka.
